AI cinematic docudrama: the Taj Mahal prototype.

The hard part is not generating pretty clips. The hard part is building a repeatable production system around story, images, audio, rights, review, and publishing.

Report

What the prototype proved.

The prototype tested whether AI-generated visuals, narration, editing, and research could be organized into a repeatable production pipeline instead of a one-off demo.

The lesson is straightforward: creative AI needs direction. The workflow has to define source material, narrative structure, shot plan, voice, captions, review points, and final publishing standards.

This writing lane will keep collecting those production lessons: where automation helps, where human judgment remains essential, and where cost or quality breaks the system.

Reusable frame

Every AI media project needs the same checks.

StoryNarrative before clips

Decide what the viewer should understand before generating scenes.

MediaSource and rights

Track what is generated, referenced, licensed, or human-created.

ReviewQuality gates

Check factual claims, visual continuity, voice, captions, and export quality.

SystemRepeatability

Keep prompts, assets, edits, and notes reusable for the next run.
